At nearly twice the mass of the Gundam Virtue, the mainstay mobile suit of the Human Reform League is comparable in design to a bipedal tank, markedly less advanced and less maneuverable than the mass-production types of the other major powers. Unlike all other mobile suits in Gundam 00, and indeed in the Gundam metaseries as a whole, the Tieren series (with two exceptions) have no cockpit display screens. Instead, the pilot wears a virtual reality helmet which connects to the mobile suit's sensors. Despite this the Tieren is still reliable, which is why it hasn't been replaced.

Work in progress -
Stage 1 - Applied lacquered paint to upper torso as 'base-coat'. Following up with a prelim layer of pastel and stippled randomly on desired edges for 'scratches' effect. Adhere with the material used :-
- Mr.Color - Russian Green (136) as based coat
- Mr.Color - Red Brown (41) as 'rust' effect
- Tamiya weathering master - Mud as for 'dusty' effect
Stage 2 - Ditto process @ rear part torso. Additional pastel were applied onto booster pack for 'worn' effect as per planned. Adhere with the material used :-
- Mr.Color - Russian Green (136) as based coat
- Mr.Color - Red Brown (41) as 'rust' effect
- Tamiya weathering master - Mud as for 'dusty' effect
Stage 3 - Ditto process @ legs part. Additional pastel were applied onto entired for 'worn' effect as per planned. Adhere with the material used :-
- Mr.Color - Russian Green (136) as based coat
- Mr.Color - Red Brown (41) as 'rust' effect
- Tamiya weathering master - Mud as for 'dusty' effect
Stage 4 - Additional thin layers of 'rust' were apply accordingly the desired edges for more realistic effect. Adhere with the material were used:-
- Mr.Color - Red Brown (41) as 'rust' effect
- Tamiya weathering master - Mud as for 'dusty' effect
Stage 5 - For carbon blade, numerous of extra thin layers of lacquered paint were applied. Though is quite a tedious process but the result is promising! Well, 'No pain, no gain!' Adhere with the materials were used:-
- Mr.Color - Red Brown (41) as 'rust' effect
- Tamiya weathering master - Mud as for 'dusty' effect
Stage 6 - Convention method to produce 'decal' lining on thigh part to spice up a little....Adhere with the materials were used:-
- Mr.Color - Light Brown (321) as for lining
- Modeling masking tape as for guideline
Stage 7 - Re-speckled with base coat to achieve random 'chipped-off' on 'decal' lining, following up with 1200 wet-sand method on bleed stain lining. Adhere with the materials were used:-
- Mr.Color - Russian Green (136) as based coat
Stage 8 - Stage 7 - Final layer of pastel to enhanced the entire weathering before finish with top coat. For final weathering layers, adhere with the material were used :-
Tamiya weathering master - Mud as for 'dusty' effect
